Our DE&I Council

Lactalis Canada's DE&I Council is comprised of a diverse group of employees from all areas of the organization. The Council is responsible for ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion are an integral part of our company's culture. The Executive Sponsors and Council lead the strategic direction of the company on DE&I matters.

Feedback & Listening

Lactalis Canada deployed its first confidential and anonymous DE&I survey in 2021. Nearly 1,000 employees participated in the survey to share valuable insights and feedback on various topics. We are committed to embedding DE&I into our organizational culture, practices, and policies and will continue to use feedback received to build an inclusive culture for all employees.
